The starter collar is placed directly on top of the Adjustable Base Jacks or Castor Wheels which provide an extra rossette at the base level. This allows a person working alone to easily erect and dismantle their scaffold. O-Ledgers are used between the starter collars to “base out” the scaffold. Industrial quality, hot dip galvanised and tested to AU/NZ standards.
